To help our exhibitors create the highest profile impression to our attendees, the AUA offers many advance and on-site promotional opportunities at AUA 2009 in Chicago.
There are a variety of excellent ad placements available in our AUA Annual Meeting publications. These publications provide a constant reference for attendees during their time at AUA 2009.
Exhibitors can also purchase advertising in the AUA Daily News, our on-site newspaper, or secure space for your mailer in the AUA "Doctors' Bag," which is delivered to attendees' hotel rooms each morning during the Annual Meeting.
Consider also using our mailing list of over 6,000 registered attendees to send a postcard reminder to visit your booth; we also have a mailing list of all AUA members that includes over 18,000 names.
New this year, the AUA will introduce "Educational Vouchers." These printed vouchers are issued for 5 "credits" each—equivalent to $5 off the purchase of any educational product in the AUA Products Store—and are designed for our exhibitors to offer to attendees as an education-related in-booth giveaway.
