Hotel Services
AUA Hotel Services will handle all housing needs for attendees of the 2008 AUA Annual Meeting. Participating hotels will not honor direct reservations and published room rates apply only to rooms reserved through AUA Hotel Services.
Attendees can secure their housing now.
Hotel Deposit
All hotels require a deposit of one night's room and taxes to guarantee a reservation. Credit cards will be charged by AUA Hotel Services prior to your arrival. Checks drawn from a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars will also be accepted. Checks should be made payable to Ambassadors/AUA Hotel Services. Please do not send the meeting registration form or registration fees to AUA Hotel Services.
Hotel Changes and Cancellations
If you are unable to attend the Annual Meeting, please cancel your reservation to allow the room to be reserved by another attendee. All changes and cancellations must be made by contacting AUA Hotel Services by May 9, 2008. After May 9, 2008, please contact the hotel directly to change/cancel your reservation.
ADA Compliance
Orange County Convention Center and all hotels within the AUA room block are fully accessible to the physically challenged and include volume control pay phones, TDD, assistive-listening devices and automatic doors. Anyone who needs special assistance should check the box on the registration and hotel request forms and indicate the type of assistance needed. The AUA cannot ensure the availability of hotel and travel accommodations without prior notification of need.
